Thank you for shopping with us! Because some items will be made to order, please review our return policy carefully.

Custom / Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of our printed apparel, all personalized or custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@faithfullygracious.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Non-Custom / Standard Items

For non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • In original condition
  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Original tags/packaging included (if applicable)

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once the order has shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related concerns. (Tracking will be provided)
