4. Shipping and Delivery

Return and Refund Policy

At Faithfully Gracious, we take pride in providing high-quality custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

1. General Return Policy

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, all custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong design, size, or printing error).
Pre-Designed Products: For pre-designed products, we offer a 30-day return window, with a 7 day return request from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return must include the original packaging.

3. How to Return Your Item

Contact Us: Please email us at info@faithfullygracious.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 7 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@faithfullygracious.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
In the case of a manufacturing error or incorrect product sent, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size or style. However, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed pre-designed product for a refund and place a new order for a different size or design.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-designed products.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift cards.
